Directions Plaza Skatepark is located in Rutland City, Vermont in the Howe Center. From Rt. 7 going north, make a slight left onto Strongs Avenue at the light by Stewarts. About 300 yards down, Ramunto’s Pizza will be on your right. Make a left into the entrance to the Howe Center, crossing the railroad tracks. Follow road and stay left, passing Westminister Crackers.Continue staying left and you’ll pass a car repair shop, and just past there is parking for Plaza Skate Park. Plaza Skate Park
