TARQUIN ROBBINS

Is the snowboarder that first got me hella stoked to actually get out there and really try hard with snowboarding. I thought it was gay at first, with all the bright colors and clown hats, but when I saw Tarquin ride, and it looked like skating, THAT’S when I wanted to do it! He brought the “steez” to the snow before I did for sure. I just came in later, and had the “broke” street look because I didn’t have any money for snow gear! Hahaha! We all used to rock the xxxl jeans with 2 pair of sweats underneath. When I would get done for the day, I would take off my pants and they were sooo damn frozen, caked with snow, that they could stand up BY THEMSELVES! Hahah for real! But Tarquin Robbins was one of my biggest influences for sure, and he was the main reason why I wanted to ride a snowboard more. I’m still trying to find a mint condition baby blue “shotgun” TR aggression board. If anybody has one, let me know please! Much Love and props to TR! Your boy, MFM!
